The Mystery of Godliness
The church is the household of the living god. Is founded upon a great statement with which paul ends the chapter. If this is written in the window of time in acts chapter 20, verses one to three, paul's visit might only have been a month or two in coming. There is the possibility of his being delayed. Great indeed, we confess as the mystery of godliness may remind us of a statement that we heard earlier context of ephesus,. When they heard this, they were enraged and were crying out, great is artemis of the ephesians. Paul here gives us a counter statement. Great rather, is christ.
