The Big Bang is a unique event in the history of the universe, as far as we know. We don't know that no one thinks the universe was taken from a random distribution. People think the beginning of the universe had some particular state and you can always argue about brute facts versus previous explanations for what happened at the Big Bang. But then again, we don't knows for sure.
