The Human Genome Is Degrading
The human genome is not lying. While evolutionary theory predicts that mankind has some higher evolutionary future, we're actually degenerating and becoming less superhuman. The decline in fitness is believed to be occurring at 1 to 2 percent per generation. In the wealthy nations, natural selection for differential mortality is greatly reduced. A newborn infant now has a large possibility of surviving past the reproducing years. We are now shaping our environment rather than being shaped by it. Hello people, zombies, wake up.
