Am is a male who squats in the high three hundreds, deadlifs in the mid four rs. He ruck walk and air dine for 30 to 50 minutes two to three times a week. His diet certainly isn't perfect but he does try to limit his carbs to 100 grams per day. Am says that like dogs, cats and babies tend to lower males blood pressure.
