Eight snatches, five reverse lunges, three presses or push presses, one reverse get up. Really cool flow for this full body conditioning complex. I recommend three rounds of this as quickly as possible with good form. And you don't need to go really heavy with this. Kilabel for most men is good. This is moreon the conditioning side.
