Pragosian's Exile in Mint
Pagosian has been confirmed to have flown into Mint, started his time in exile. The impact that is going to have on the Kremlin and on Putin is going to be really interesting to see. I think this is all hinting at maybe Pragosian will have some relative freedom. We know that Lukashenko enjoys the limelight. He's already used back here of his exile guests previously. And I would expect him to do the same with Pragosian who's obviously a much more high profile character. But as I say, I know James will have more reflections on this.
