The Pros and Cons of the Trump Indictment
A plurality of Americans said they thought it was politically motivated indictment, even if they did think he should be indicted. People who are basically there to support the charges say that they don't expect Donald Trump to end up in prison as a result of this case. Even though these are felonies, these are not the kinds of felonies that usually land people in jail. The judge has discretion with sentencing. So Trump could be convicted and still not go to prison.
