The Chinese Olympic weightlifting team has one of the lowest knee injury rates compared to a sport like basketball, right? So my whole mission became like, what if I could do that shit pain free? Basketball would probably become easy. And sure enough, that's exactly what's occurred. I've been able to compete now over 1000 times without knee playing playing basketball.
