Movie Review - Is This Really a Romantic Comedy?

This is a movie that kind of takes place in the extended John Malkovich universe where it's another movie that's like what if there was a sort of like metaphysical service that existed in a boring badly lit office in New York. I think one of the interesting things about this movie is that it doesn't give you a couple where you're like oh no they have to stay together. They broke up over a very contrived misunderstanding as if we're running out the clock until the finale. It's really great to be introduced to these people in like a hopeful moment and then immediately thereafter in a devastating moment. The weather in this movie is a huge character. There's snow. There's rain
