Working with customers is hard, mate. There's no ifs or buts. My life would be much easier without people sending me emails of why did I just fail PSM too? But it is the most rewarding thing. People misunderstand scrum a lot and they think the product owners are the only person that can talk to the customer. In fact should not be one of the key jobs of the product owner is to facilitate a discussion between the team and the stakeholders.
