Resuscitation With Blood Products in Patients With Trembla Related Hemorrhage
The early use of blood products is commonly seen up and down the country. This has led to this practice being transferred into some civilian hospital services. Despite this shift, though, the evidence surrounding the use of pre hospital blood products is quite inconsistent when you look at it. So what's really needed, by the sounds of things, is an r c t to look at all these factors so that we can better inform our practice and hopefully improve outcomes for these patients.
