Wain got that august position in two thousand 12 after a four years stint as the deputy chief scout executive. Before he held this national position in 19 87, wain was the local boy scouts executive for the state of georgia. That year, a scout master at a camp in his domain was accused molesting a boy in a sleeping bag. The leader's name and crimes were added to the confidential
