The Differences Between Dry Heat and Hot Water

It's probably pretty hot there right now, isn't it? It's in the 80s, 90s. Do you consider that hot or do you say that's not hot? What do you consider hot? Are you from like the desert? Uh, nope. Hot is in high 90s, 100s. That's dry heat. Dry heat is totally different than regular hot and humid. A lot of people who are not used to it die because they don't know how to swimor because they just don't know they can go in the water.
