What Kind of Things Are Good and Bad?
I have a beautiful family and, you know, I have grown so much over the past few years in my skill sets. And I really have grown in the regional cuisines that I know and the different ingredients that I know off the top of my head. It's just managing people. Basically kitchen workers are hard workers but they don't make that much money. So like I have people that I can't pay that high of a wage. You lose quality people constantly to new opportunities.
