Is There More Variance in the Rural Data?

Rural areas generally tend to have a slightly older popula in the us. And they have lower numbers of individuals from which we're getting this data about. So it becomes a bit more difficult to say whether this number of individuals that were getting from this rural county are really representing the overall movements of everyone in that county, or of theyare just representing even sort of what might be a more urban area within the county.
