How to Correct Standing on One Leg
If you stand in front of a mirror and then look at yourself, most adults sway to the side. A younger child will be able to march on the spot and lift their legs off the ground with almost no sway and body weight. The key thing is that when you spend a lot of time sitting and you tend to not use those side stabilization muscles, you tend to sway and lift instead.
