Is There a Community First Design?

Zara has incredible feedback mechanisms where each store manager is able to design their own inventory depending on, you know, what feetbeck they're getting from their customers. I think this is a much more active form of user testing with a tighter feedback loop right to your business. So that seems like a great new opportunity. Let's move on to the second principle, a community first design. What do you think is a good how might we question that gets us thinking about possibilities there?
