The Anorexic's Body Dysphoria
Catholic moral principles need to begin with a sense of respecting the dignity of a human person. The anorexic has body dysphoria, the way that a man who wants to have his genitals removed in order to become a woman has body Dysphoria. You can't respect someone as a moral being if you don't accord someone freedom. That's why slavery is such a horrific crime against human dignity.
