i was rally familiar with ryan holiday before. Wrote a book called ego is the enemy, which is incredibly popular. He wrote a book on a stillness. I think as the stillness is the key. A stoicism is thekey. And he has basely taken the teach s of marcus aurelius and seneca and the stoics of that era to translate them for his generation. i wish i could had an hour long conversation with him about that, but that wasn't the context of that environment.
