How to Be a Successful Leader With AI

I'm a big believer from a leadership point of view in knowing where the technology is going, but also knowing what I guys in my teams are facing. So I do quite a lot of work to kind of get involved in the teams at ground level to see what they're doing so that I can talk to them about their challenges. And then if we fast forward 10 years, how do you think your company or your teams would look differently in 10 years given the advancements of AI?
