The subtitle of the book has this political economy of hope. The institutions of social reproduction are a hinged to, or have their comp oriented to a future labor markets. That means that these places are intensely individualizing and we may really cut across any kind of possible community fabric in these places. I think it its a cool part of the book that you really go all the way on it.
