I'm also curious more broadly, how do children with non-incidental trauma typically present? Is it a fracture? Is it persistent emesis? Are there clear illness strips? I mean, is it fracture? What are the things where a provider typically picks up on something going on at home or elsewhere? That's a great question because there are some patients who come in with an injury so they'll present with something visible like bruising. So that makes people think about it in the script of trauma. But there's also patients who will come in with a medical chief complaint. And some of those are also very non-specific and that's where it's hard for people to think about trauma
