The Importance of Visualization in Maternity Leave
I feel like the visualization aspect is so important. Like if you can't visualize yourself being in senior management, then it's hard to really kind of see what your future would look like. Do you feel like Asian American women or just women in general are treated differently by male co-workers? It depends obviously. I've had a lot of great male allies in my workplace and they've been incredible. But there have been definitely times where I call them like paper cuts,. That's a common word that people use of these micro-wrestions that you get from people whether they're men or not.
