Even just something like walking at a brisk pace can help to increase responses to therapies in a cancer patient. I think we need to pair cancer patients with physical therapists who understand the nature of how cancer affects the body. Movement really is medicine. Just move. Do what you like. Get moving. That's it. Hard behaviorally, but simple and in premise. And important.
