The U Shaped Relationship Between Education and Employment

In India, women's enrollment in tertiary education is dramatically increased and male female education gaps have dramatically decreased. The problem is that the highly educated women, which is PG and above or illiterate women, they work, you know, illiterate women,. partly it's obviously a class issue. It needs to be done with this middle level of education as well because there are more job opportunities for girls who finish class eight or 10 or 12. In Delhi, at least some petrol pumps have female toilets. Noida apparently is literally every kilometer says that we can find, youknow, toilets for women. Things like that need to draw women into occupations that were once dominated by men.
