TAM is the brand name for Amazon's sort of meta exchange where they pass through a bid request. Why would anyone buy through TAM? TAM seems totally duplicative with no value add and Amazon charges a fee for it. I think you could make a variety of arguments about some benefits to the publisher of choosing TAM over pre-b because it moves a lot of things server-side. To a DSP, there is no clear signal to distinguish an opening integration from a not opening integration.
