What's Your Relationship With the Steering Committee?
There is typically a head of the steering committee that it really depends on situation in the deal. I essentially call the meetings for the stream committee, and i keep them apprised of the situation. Once i get this integration into a steady state, typically in the 90 day period, i then hand it off to the long term integration lead. And they n i become the person that works with the stering committee, sterig committee. So there liee decision maker ler, and i'm the one that is not there under in what's happening.
