Why Isn't It Time to Stop Doing Things We Don't Agree to Do
When i finally said, likino, we have to stop doing stuff we didn't agree to do, i expected the clients to be mad. And i thought it might cost us repeat business. But what really shocked me was the clients were happier. They i'm getting wonderful service. I' got everything i asked for right away. I didn't have to ask twice. So the clients were actually happier, while we were making more money. It's all good for everyone.
