How to Know if You're Investing for Retirement
When you are investing for retirement a huge part of it is that you are putting your money in the stock market which over time we want to say gives I'm going to go more conservative and say 7% return on your money over decades. That's assuming you're 20 or 30 something investing for retirement where if you just have it sitting in cash well right now high yield savings accounts are like 3.5%. You're just accumulating money there is no part of compound interest helping you grow your money. The easiest thing to do is just log into your 401k one hasn't changed at all in the last couple of years for some it might have gone down a little bit because we've gone in
