Creating a New Asset Class
It was explicitly intentional. We were looking at this customer, this demographic in a lot of ways. There's a stigma around having rental homes within existing for sale home communities that the renters are going to not take as good care of their homes. They're going to depress the value for the homeowners. So it went from we're hesitant about this to actually we see having the renters as like an asset at this point because you have professional management and those homes are generally the most well up caps.
