Do You Understand PhDs Better Than People Without a PhD?
Many of us actually do both talent advisors and also yeah all employees or we would like to call ourselves employees. Yeah so many do you have a PhD as well also being out on different assignments and so and we have it was also from the start we the aim was to build this very niche and specialized life science company. So it's just been yeah because of that having a PhD is of course it's an advantage. It's an advantage in the job you have, I guess you're going to meet a lot of PhDs that apply for the positions that you evaluate.
