The Reading Shift
I took my school through the reading shift. That's the term that we called it. We brought in letters for two years at the school. It wasn't something that was mandated in order or anything like that. But when we look back at the data of the teachers who stuck with it and monitored and progress, monitored that data from a full school year, we saw that those teachers had greater impact than we're reading for their kids. I just messaged it as they were going through this reading shift. It's going to be tough. But on the other side, we'll see better days and better results. That's amazing.
