One of the positive explanations for why some sexual assault victims will orgasm during is because it's their body forcing them to they don't enjoy it and they feel so deeply ashamed afterwards. Once you have that orgasm you get a flood of oxytocin which bonds you to the person that is sexually assaulting you at that time. That's then they get develop complicated feelings toward that person if that person was someone they knew before and say well I really hate him but I don't know like we had that moment. Their brain forcibly bonds them to that person and this is Stockholm syndrome.
