Unconscious is literally like being asleep. We don't know what happens in our sleep. It's all automatic. And i thinkat what's also important to reflect on ter what might be happening for you. If you are working with a therapis this would be such a great situation to bring to therapy, because there might be some unconscious patterns going on.
