We wanted to take a closer look at how race and ephnicity informs research in fields ranging from medicine to economics to public this was a specially appropriate for pew, as an organization with an almost 75 year history of rigorous, non partisan research. Do we delve deeply enough into attitudes of racial and ethne groups, or do we see them as monolific? And do the scientists conducting the research come from a broad cross section of backgrounds, cultures and experiences? These are just some of the potential iniquities that can be overlooked when academic institutions,
