How to Be a Better Person
In addition to all the positive stuff of gratitude and what you're proud of, et cetera, it's good to also have a target for continuing to improve yourself. We're not just trying to be Pollyanna-ish and just like, oh, sunshine, rainbows, butterflies, unicorns. No, we have shit to work on too and that's okay. So really push yourself to get at least three things. This is you trying to squeeze your brain in a way that makes it pay more attention to this stuff. But don't go cheap on it, you know? Force yourself, keep trying.
