Hersto ry is obviously central to you, and it's such a painful story. You call her the last vanderbill. That's how you describe your ma'am. She became sort of a pawn in this larger scheme that was also motivated by money. People trying to get hold of the inheritance that she had for their own purposes. It took me a long time to kind of even understand all the ramifications of it,. And it took my mam her lifetime to kind of work through it all. I think she was eternally optimistic, and could power through anything.
