Dale carnegie's book how to stop worrying and start living is a book i've reread many times. I recommend it to people if they feel like they suffer from anxiety or chronic worry. The luck diary was part of the gratitude work all our century. It says, every night, think about one thing o which you have a sense of gratefulness. And in doing so, changes your self identity into a lucky person. So that really came out of the school idyllic days when we would write things down for later use.
