The Importance of Luck in Your Career
I was lucky. You know, everybody needs luck in their career. And the luck is to be at the right place in the right time for hedge funds. It's not that easy to go and work for hedge funds anymore. I could never pass on to the graduate training scheme of Goldman Sachs any longer because my CV was never good enough. People need to look for the next growing market, the next big opportunity where things are really going to change.
