The Pros and Cons of Property Investment

Property is not an investment in the conventional sense as you say, someone that's going to give you a return or give you extra money. But I do actually have a property investment in. Some GP partners own their surgery and we rent our surgery to the NHS so that we can occupy it. Something called notional rent. The downside of leverage is you're borrowing money from someone else. And that exposes you to a few risks. If interest rates go up, your borrowing cost goes up too. So there are some pros and cons about property investing.
