In your essay political libertarianism, again, you talked about we the problems of governing when it comes to power. We can categorize power in in three different buckets: private power, general public power and particular public power. You said a lot of people forget about that third category which is called 'the general public' In a generally market consutional democracy, everybody, say, operating under the rule that says all the laws have to be general; they're just fighting over how high the tax rate will be. But then maybe our discussion here is leading towards that third category that we have to be worried about. They're looking to capture the whole of state, power in their own it
