Is Docker the First Tool You Should Use?

With pie ENV, I have Python versions separated from my system. So whatever homebrew is messing up there, I don't really care. But Docker is also really great because if you want to start project using a different Python version, you just change one variable in the Docker file. And that's it. Automatically.
