Agency people often feel like they don't really get our creative power, but we have to serve them anyway. I think that if you are in business and you look at your client as the enemy, you're setting yourself up for a problem - because that enemy is financing what you're doing. So i think it's important to understand what it is that they are trying to do, and then how can they help you do it. And when everybody holds on with white knuckles to their ideas, that that and sometimes you do have to defend your ideas, but i think that you also have to be open to challenge.
