You're Walking in With a Good Chance
If it's six and seven, then you can be pretty sure that you're you're walking in with a good chance. The Supreme Court does not take the case. But I think that also some of the reason to try to go on bonk even if you think it's an uphill battle is to encourage the Supreme Court to take it. And maybe the arguments or maybe the something about the opinions can help you bolster a certain petition.
