This is back to that just creating captive audiences, right? Iht to force pensions or endowments to be 20 % invested into government bonds. That then gives them a channel to implicitly default through some of those a capital pools,. So they can basely tax them to what as called early the financial repression tax. Ah, and so you're kind of, we're kind of taking back those excess profits that yo would have gotten from our money printing.
