The key result of the study is that according to the data presented in the study squats caused more glute growth than hip thrust did in pretty well-trained women. There's not much we can do with it you know that there's really nothing you can do to shape it and to change it in the way you want I mean certainly it'll go down if you starve yourself but that's not really useful information for anybody so I try not to get too bogged down.
