The Importance of Proper Pelvic Floor Therapy for Athletes

Female athletes are about three times more likely to develop pulvic floor problems, specifically eurenering continents. When you train the palvic flor muscles, you can have an improvement by about 70%. It's really about understanding that these muscles work like any other muscle in the body. If they are not targeted and trained effectively with the sport of your choice, then overtime they feel that wear and tear.
