Is There a Regime Change?

Half of Washington wanted a coup. And they thought that you'd find the general who would not be the way they'd come out. There was a failed coup in the 1990s that there was a plot that Saddam had figured out and it was terrible what happened to the people who were behind it. I just think it's important to say that the regime change did not be a possibility after 9-11. We have a few minutes left here so I want to get into actual decision making about whether or not we should invade Iraq.
