What's Happening to Domestic Violence?

A five per cent increase, especially coming off such a long decline, doesn't sound that significant. Most non homicide crimes have since the pandemic began fallen. Why would homicides be rising when almost all other crimes in most places seem to be falling? I'm not sure we have a great answer to it yet....
