The Importance of Leaning on a Process
Doctors and medical professionals, just like anyone else, learn a process in school to diagnose things. Following a process for a medical professional or for anyone, it gives people security and safety. A lot of coaches struggle with is I don't know if this person can get the results. When we don't have that full 100% responsibility, then we are not in charge of our outcomes.
